Data Retention Policy

Standard Retention

For Professional tier accounts, LiveWeb automatically retains chat logs, visitor data, and analytics for a period of 6 months. After this period, data is securely and permanently deleted from our MongoDB databases.

Enterprise Retention

Enterprise accounts may opt-in to extended 1-Year data retention for compliance and historical auditing purposes.

Agent Action

Administrators have the right to manually delete chat logs at any time via the Agent Dashboard. Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.
